I am unable to access my other hotmail account , I have completed the questionnaire but thelimk that I am sent  keeps saying there is a temporary problem and to try later , this was two days ago.

I have now been told my account has been hacked .

I have tried all the suggestions on the forum and contact

ed the uk telephone number who despite numerous promises of call backs no one has contacted me .
