I have a Server Error of 5101 on our Hotmail acct.  I have worked with 3 Microsoft Techs and have still been unsuccessful.

I have set up an Outlook account but have not been able to obtain a code to verify.  Even if I do, at this point, I don't know how to get back to the verification page.  I truly need someone to contact me to walk me through this process!
