Cannot access Email disabled by deleted item excess which should be re-restored after clearing folder. Instead, uutlook functions remain frozen. Attempts to verify ID won't work as code sent to my phone contains six digits but vrrify box will take only four resulting in falure to verify. This entire system is NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!
