I have had a number of different accounts with microsoft from the beginning when it was hotmail.com and had no problem with the change over to outlook.com. Recently I have been trying to access an old e-mail address that I have not been on for quite some time. I didn't ask micorsoft to make this account inactive and I cannot remember my password to the e-mail account or remember any of the security questions. The secondary e-mail address microsoft are suggesting to use is not working and it will not allow me to enter a new one. Can anyone out there make any suggestions with how I can access this old e-mail address. Thanks,
