Hi
I recently tried to access one of my Hotmail accounts but was asked to confirm my ID. I did this but never received a new access code. I believe the account recovery email address must be incorrect (mistyped) so now I have a chicken/egg situation where I cannot access my security info and change my recovery email address without an access code and I can receive an access code without changing the recovery email address.
Anybody got any ideas on how to resolve this??
