OS win7 x64:  Q#1 :Have two accounts in Live Mail, but would like to 'suspend' one, but NOT DELETE it. Can this be done?

Q #2: Spam filtering for this account (Yahoo mail account) while in Live Mail isn't working, although it works well on the separate Yahoo mail program. Spam works well in one place, but not in Live Mail.
