Can Windows Photo Gallery be downloaded on Asus – Transformer T100 – 64GB – Gray

I'm thinking of purchasing an  Asus - Transformer T100 - 64GB - Gray

but I want to be able to use Windows Photo Gallery as I use on my Windows 7 computer.  Can this be downloaded?  I  tried it on a Surface RT 2 and it isn't compatible
