Can we use an existing email account as an alias in another existing email account?

Currently, I have different email accoutn for different purposes and now outlook doesn't allow link between account. This is very troublesome for me to logout and login to another account and then logiut for logging in to another account.

Is it possible to put the existing acct. as an alias for one primary account?
