My 15 year old email account was deleted.

Everytime I start a thread to follow up or inquire it is locked and I am told it is "escalated to technicians" and weeks go by and I NEVER hear back.

Today I get an email stating my emails that I have kept for 15 years were "purged".

I have been contacting this forum for MONTHS and following up daily and I NEVER hear back.
This is a disgrace.

Poor customer service.
