Hello,

I check my email every day several times a day without problems and without needing to enter my password.  Friday I try to check my email and got a pop up stating that it appears that someone else is trying to use my email and that I need to enter my password, which I don't remember.  So I tried to recover the password.  However the alternate email is no longer active, so I answered all of the questions.  I got an email at an alternative email with an  issue number and it stated that they would get back to me.  I am still waiting and cannot get my email.  Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
