As of 3:00pm today I am unable to open either my inbound messages or any portion of Outlook/Hotmail messages. There is no toolbar only NEW. Clicking on messages does nothing. Cannot move from Inbox to sent or any category. absolutely no help through these MC FAQ's etc.

Any answer needs to go to my alternate e-mail cos now use coming to my Outlook account.

Anyone know of a live phone contact?
