Hello,

I recently created a couple of Outlook accounts/aliases to use but I have been unable to receive emails from a particular sender. The strange thing is one of my two aliases I can receive an email from the sender fine, but the other alias cannot receive an email from the same sender. I have already put the sender in my Trusted Senders list, but it's strange that only one of my aliases can receive the emails and this is something I would like to keep sorted into the other alias inbox. I wonder if this may be due to when I was trying to change my email from the particular website from my old email to the new Outlook email, without thinking I rapidly clicked the "Send confirmation to change email" button many (10-20) times and I wonder if because of this my account is automatically blocking the sender's emails thinking it is spam.

If any help could be given with this issue it would be much appreciated.
