I've created accounts for both my kids so they can log into their own accounts on Windows 8. While setting up the account it asks if this is an account for a kid and that I must validate that I am an adult with a $0.50 credit card charge. After entering my credit card and submitting it, I get an error message that Microsoft is having technical issues and to try again later. I've tried on multiple computers, browsers, at home and at work. I've received the error every time. How do I get the issue corrected?
