I have seen other questions similar to mine and they were all resolved by a "private discussion".

So, I try to first retrieve my password for my account and it tells me my Microsoft account is incorrect, but if I try and sign on with what

I thought was the password it says the account doesn't exist, so finally I try to create a new account and it tells me the sign on is not

available.

Kind of confused on which one is correct.
