After repairing a blue screen disc error, every time I log in I get the message (We can't sign into your account). I then get another message that restarting my computer several times may solve the problem. It doesn't. If I dismiss  the error message and continue on I do not have access to my files and am operating in a temporary  mode. I have reset my password which didn't help.  I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and am a low level PC user.
