Thank you. I am fully aware that the case had been escalated. I am still waiting for the result of that escalation. I find it obnoxious that a thread is locked while an escalatiom was pending. So that you know, we have resolved this on our own by contacting the appropriate people at Microsoft.
Exactly what do you mean by the forum for Microsoft account will be retire???
