Can receive emails but three days ago stopped being able to send.

Notice says: www.spamhaus.org/query.

Checked IP address with spamhaus and it was listed.

Have made sure that "My server requires authentication" box is checked.

Incoming POP3 port 110 and outgoing SMTP port 25

Have restarted computer.

Running Windows Live 2012. Windows 7.
