I'm trying to close an old hotmail account, however I keep getting a message asking me to cancel all microsoft subscriptions through the billing page. When I click on the link, the page shows I have no open subscriptions
and a $0.00 balance...which is correct since I don't have any subscriptions. How can I close my account?
