I need help. I have tried many times to add a word file attachment to an email without success.

I am using Outlook.com and IE10

I have searched this community and see that this is a long running problem that has been reported multiple times since 2012.

I have tried all the steps others have stated as resolution. They do not work.

I have deleted IE history and cookies.

I have disabled Silverlight (I have the latest version).

I have even put the file on my sky drive but when I try to attach that file IE stops working.

I can not believe the amount of time this is taking. This worked when I was on Hotmail and I have wasted so much time with this so far.

What is going on?
