Outlook has been the most troublesome program I've encounterd, possibly ever! Repeated outages and Fonts that are corrupted because Microsoft didn't code the program to maintain customer settings are my major issues.  This has become a major problem!  Without access to email I can't do my job and Microsoft is going to cost people money!
