Can i upload old email to Outlook.com via Outlook for Mac?

I set up my domain with a new account on Outlook.com, so I can now use *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. 

I have today's archive copy of my mailbox before I moved it (it was with another provider), in Outlook 2011 for Mac. 

Is there a way I can restore that backup so all my historical mail is available via OWA?
