I have had problems with names on the "frequent contact" list inadvertently being included in the address line of e-mails.  The easiest way to handle this would be to turn off the "Frequent Contacts" function but I can not find out how to do this.  I really do not use (nor like) the frequent contacts to address e-mails so losing it would not be a problem!
