Greetings

For the last two months, I have not been able to log on to my email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  I know I am using the correct pass word. I have followed all procedures to log on but in vein. I have used the security answer and filled forms many times.  Almost every day I fill the form and send it to MS but they don't reply. I have made a telephone call to them. they told me to go to ms support, which doesn't have any solution. So what can I do?

I think the only choice I have left is to go to court to force Microsoft to let me to log on my e.mail.

Please advice me if there is other ways to solve this problem before go to the court to force ms to help me to log back to my email.
