As I've been to regain access to my hotmail account, despite trying all recovery tecniques, I'm ready to pay. Searching in internet, I have found a few companies that offer that type of service. Any advice is welcome.

Do you know whether they can be usefull?
Does Hotmail have any official customer service for which you can pay?
