Can I at least import contacts please?

Recently, my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has permanently locked me out of it for accessing it from another computer and I've done absolutely everything in my power to fill out the recovery request forms as fully and completely as possible but to no avail (even though the first request form was perfectly fine) and I have a single request left: Can I at least import my contacts to a new account please?

Is that too much of a request? I can prove that it's my account. I can tell you which contact I get the most mail from, the names of the people I email, the conversations we have, whatever you need for me to prove that that account is ACTUALLY MINE but Microsoft just gave me the boot, it would be amazing if you can help me out. Please, for the love of all that is good and holy, help me salvage SOMETHING from my old account.
