Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I can't upload pictures from my camera. I have tried using the camera's program. It just keeps saying busy until the camera battery runs out but still nothing happened. I have a Canon Rebel T3i. I then downloaded photo gallery. It looked like it was working. I could see all the pictures being transferred but then once the transfer was complete they disappeared. They do not show up anywhere. I have checked photo gallery, my computer files & onedrive. I have tried transferring with a card reader instead of the camera but that doesn't work either. Where are my pictures going.
