When I enter an event that will last for several days on the Windows 10 calendar on my Android phone, it is entered when I click 'Save and Close', but it will NOT appear on the same calendar on my laptop.  All daily events DO sync.  When I add the same event from my laptop, it will NOT appear on the laptop computer when I select 'Save and Close', but it DOES appear on my smart phone!!!!  Whatever is going on?
