I've been creating my own video for about two weeks now.  Everything has been going smoothly, but today I hit a road bump.  Now, when I go to trim videos, the entire screen goes black and it gives me a message including the error number C9450034, saying that the program has to restart.  

This problem never happened before today, and only happens when I need to trim videos.

Also, I've checked the other forums to find a solution to this problem but everyone was told to "download the new version of Movie Maker."  Please don't tell me that, because those people later responded saying it didn't work, and I don't want to go down the same road they did.  Thank you.
