Where is the Import/Export for emails?

How can I import my old stored emails?

Where are my sub folders that were in the Inbox?

Where is my contacts list?

Was it to difficult for Microsoft to give its customers the Windows Live Mail program we had in Windows 8?

We would like Windows Live Mail please not this new Mail application!

Can a Windows specialist please respond to my questions?
