After I make my video and try to save it as a project, to burn a DVD or put it on you tube, the movie has spots where the picture gets stuck, blurred, etc.   It is a perfectly clean picture when I watch it on my computer, before I save as a project.   I have tried saving it, as recommended, to burn a DVD, for high definition; for you tube, etc.  It does not matter how I save it.
