Two questions.

I have a son on my account that has hit his teenage years.

1) I have found a few websites family saftey does not block that i want to block. However, when I click on it to block it, i get the following message. "When trying to block a website for a child, i am getting the following message "Sorry, you can't change your settings right now. Please try again later." I have tried multiple browsers and multiple times. No luck. I have gotten this message on multiple site i have tried to block. any help?

2) My son is looking around trying to find multiple places that hides his IP address. This worries me. When he hides his IP address, does that mean family safety would not work (note, the site i am trying to block in 1 above is a site that does this that family safety does not block).
