Original title: Blocking junk email

I've long been bothered by a persistent junk email address called Anna (at Indulgez).  Every day - and sometimes several times a day - I get these emails.  For some time now I've been trying a solution suggested by Windows: right-click on the junk email, then choose either ADD SENDER TO BLOCKED SENDER LIST or ADD SENDER'S DOMAIN TO BLOCKED SENDER'S LIST.  Neither of these makes any difference at all: Anna (at Indulgez) continues bombarding me with emails notwithstanding.  So what do you mean by 'blocked'?

Please, please offer me a practical solution.
