my outlook.com account is blocked.   I have tried the steps that were presented it to me.   I verified my account through and alternate e-mail address and got confirmation that it is verified and I still can not get in.  I just want to get into the account and get all my client information and previous e-mails and move on to another provider since this customer service has been terrible.   Please let me know how I can get back in to retrieve all of my data and close the account.  Thank you.
