This email address I just signed in with is not the one in question. I am blocked out of my outlook acct, because I tried to forward some emails that had been forwarded to outlook from my other email acct at ATT.net. It wants me to put in a code from a
text from a cell phone, I don't have one. The number that is listed is my landline and doesn't take text messages. I went to the same link to put in a request for help, but when I clicked on the words sign in, it didn't do anything or go anywhere. I was already
signed in with the outlook account and it kept sending me back to the same page every time to put the code in to unblock my acct. I don't know what to do and can't file a formal request because it won't let me. I read some explanations on how to get help and
file a request but when clicking on the sign in it didn't oopen a page to file one. Now I am stuck here with no way of filing anything. What do I do from here. I cannot put my email address or my name or any personal information in here. This is for the community.
So, what do I do next?
