I have had my account blocked due to suspicion of somebody else using my account.

 

I have tried to regain access through the 'Can't access your account?' link both trying to gain access via another email, or through the questionaire which I had filled out more than 24 hours ago, however none of it works.

 

Even after when I filled in my telephone mobile number several times a code was never sent to my mobile device. (+447535604464).

 

I then phoned support to see if the issue could be solved there, however to my dismay they told me only online support was available.

 

So after trying endlessly to regain access to my account via the questionnaire, my only last option is here.

 

It worries me as it is imperative that I have access to my email, otherwise I cannot work (my job requires emailing clients etc), I feel rather helpless if I'm honest and really need this issue resolved asap, it is costing me money and is affecting me in a VERY personal way!!!
