Hotmail account has been blocked and I no longer have access to the email that was linked to it. Please help. Account is (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

I have this account for more than 10 years and all my contacts have that. I don't even have a way to let all professional contacts know that I will use a new one.

All my internet accesses are linked to this email. I tried 3 unsuccessfully times to fill up the form to get the account unlocked and Microsoft support is stating that I'm not the owner which is just not acceptable.

Could you please help me unlocking that asap? I'm unable to access my account for over a week now!
