I think I opened an email which contained a virus, and my email has been blocked, or it may have been hacked - I am not sure. I cannot sign in, because when I do, it says '"it seems your account is being used by someone else". It says to either text/ call my phone number so that I can give a code but I do not use that number anymore, so I cannot use that option. So then it says for me to fill out a form with security questions and I have done that many times with the correct information, however it says the information I have provided is not enough to prove that it is me trying to login to my own account. I called the Microsoft Customer Service Helpline but they only help people who pay for their email service.  I have had that email for 8 years and I use it for everything. What can I do?
