So I have the same problem as many other people. I recently opened an email on my phone which was spam from another person, I did not click on the link but a day later my account has been blocked because of a fear someone else has been using it.
I created this account when I was around 15 and rarely use it accept for the odd email. Therefore, when the form asks me for details on recently sent emails and who I have sent them to it is genuinely only about 2 people in the last month! I also do not
have a xbox live account or card linked to the account, nor have I created any folders (All the information the request form wants you to fill in).
I do not see the point in filling in the form again as I have no further information I can provide, yet each attempt has failed.
There must be another way to prove that I am the owner of the account than filling in that form again! I also do not have a phone number linked to the account so cannot try that way either.
Can someone please help me...
