I have gone through the settings of my outlook.com account and set an e-mail account to be blocked in the section for blocked email accounts, but I am still receiving emails from the blocked account, I have tried blocking the domain but I still get the e-mails. is it possible that the originating sender has disguised itself under the email account that is showing as sent from; and avoiding the blocking process?
