I got a message which said "We've noticed some unusual activity in you Outlook.com account". I requested a verification code to my mobile. This was submitted and a message said my account had been verified but when I tried to send an e-mail I found it was still blocked. I then tried the code again only to be told you have submitted wrong codes too many times! I could not try again for 24 hours but when I did so I got the same result.
I subsequently got a message from the support team to my contact address giving me a message telling me how to resolve the issue. However, when I tried to access the link I got a message that said my e-mail address could not view the incident. My partner and I use the same laptop and she too has had her account blocked and hasn't been able to rectify it for three days.
I think the support on this one has been abysmal. I am currently engaged on Executor duties and desperate to get my account up and running again!! What can I do?????
