I have received an email with an attachment from a known sender BUT YOU HAVE BLOCKED IT AND MARKED "APPERARS UNSAFE" IT IS NOT

AND THERE IS NO BUTTON TO MARK IT SAFE? HOW AM I  SUPPOSED TOO OPEN IT

IT IS IMPORTANT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BLOCK IT IS MY decision  not yours what is a safe or not
