My hotmail account has been blocked. I am able to receive emails but I can't send them.  I really need to be able to send emails from this account as it is my main account. I have tried to verify my account as it suggested but it hasn't worked. I have contacted Microsoft but have had no reply from them.  There also appears to be no phone number to contact them on.

Does anybody have any idea how I can unblock my account before I resort to opening a new one with a different provider?
