I have filled out the required form 5 times and I keep getting emails back saying that 'the information I have given was not detailed/good enough and my account is still blocked' however I cannot be any more detailed as I was recently hacked so the last
emails sent by my account were not from me. I have of course changed the password to prevent this happening again.
I understand for security reasons that is a helpful in some cases but this is my only email address and I have been using the same one for over a decade. The 'backup' email address you keep emailing was an old one that I have since deleted.
I have created this email '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' only as a way to contact you for help regarding my actual email address.
My main email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I would be very grateful if you could help me asap as I am relying on my work email address at the moment that I only have access to during working hours.
