Hello, It has been two weeks that I cannot get access to my hotmail account. I tried all possible ways to get help from Microsoft support service to give me access to my hotmail account; it is very unfortunate that hotmail support is not helpful at all. I send few requests and I opened two tickets, and I spend 2 hours talking on the phone with tech support but none of the agent could help me. How sad is this? So I don't understand why Microsoft has support center if no body can help?????

My last hope is here: I wish and hope to get access back to my account.

Here is the situation: when I try to log in it tells me that someone else is using my account, and when I try every possible way to get back access to my account, I can not because my security information is not up to date.

1. Resetting my password doesn’t work, because I no longer own the email I provided when I open this hotmail account.

2. I didn’t remember the answer for my security questions either so this option doesn’t help me either  
        
3.filling out a questionnaire form didn’t  help me either as I already did few times, because my security information are not up to date. Also, I was not able to provide enough information; I open this account long time ago.

4. I can not get the code either, because I own different phone number now.

So Please Please someone help me I do really need my old hotmail account back.  what are my options to get back my account?
