Hello there,

I am currently having an issue with a user experiencing blank email bodies in Outlook 2011. The user sent the email out with content and then moves it from the Sent Items folder to a sub-folder underneath the Inbox. When the email is selected from the folder, the header shows but the body is blank. It appears to happen occasionally with other emails that the user sends out. Sophos Anti-virus is installed and user is running latest Yosemite 10.10.3. What would cause this type of behavior?
