I recently tried to make a video about a family vacation I took. The problem I'm experiencing is that there is a black screen on the preview window when I add a video. I've read many reviews about this and it seems that many people are having the same issue; however, my issue only involves the screen being black when I add a video. When I go to preview the video, the screen remains black. I would appreciate any help I can to solve this issue.
