Original Title: Burning a DVD

I am using a Windows Live Movie Maker to Burn Video's . After I have downloaded all the Videos to burn, and Then I remove the Disc and put it in my Player,( Player/ TV ), Then I have Boarder on both side, Not Full screen. I have settings on my Window DVD Maker set to   16.9 DVD aspect ratio, BUT when I play the DVD using a DVD Player/TV, I Still have the Black borders. I Have burned a DVD in the past, with this DVD burner and had no Black Boarders. I would need to know for certain Now, before I waste burning Disc, With Boarders. Any help would be appreciated.
