I have apparently downloaded WL Essentials.  All I can find on my desktop is WL Media Player.  Several days ago, I had a AskMicrosoft tech find WL Mail and place a shortcut on the Start Page and the Desktop - Windows 8.1.  The Start page icon leads to a failure as the file has been moved message.  I didn't do it.  The WL Mail folder in the programs folder has 2 application files and 4 application extension files.  I don't know what to do with them.

When I try to download WL Essentials, the website says it is already on my computer.  Small problem.  It is nowhere to be found.  It is not in Programs and Features.  It is not recognized by RevoUninstaller.  When I search for windows live photo gallery, the page that appears is not Windows Live Photo Gallery.  It is about 16 cropped photos with a link to 29 more.  I have thousands of pictures on this computer.

I have chatted on-line repeatedly with Microsoft techs, trying to find one who will take remote control of this computer and try to help me figure out what is going on.  All I have received all this week-end is answers and suggestions that don't help.  When I ask for remote control assistance, I am bumped to another webpage where I quit waiting after 30 minutes or so because no promised connection to a tech happens.

Does anyone have a clue how I can uninstall/reinstall WL Essentials when I cannot find it?
