I'm back...  Obviously, I should stay off my computer for awhile because I'm having senior moments!!

I happened upon my hotmail account profile and noticed my birthday information.  Being security conscience I decided to remove it.  It allowed me to remove the month and day but not the year.  So, in a moment of insanity I set the year to 2013!!  Now of course it won't let me into the account, without parental premissions.

I did setup the parental premissions and attempted to edit the account but of course it won't allow me to edit the birthday information.

A fine mess I've gotten myself in...  I tried calling support only to be told they don't support email and suggested support.live.com but I don't see any worthwhile help there either... 

I'm probably one of the few people who have a paid hotmail account which I thought would give me some type of support!  : )  Yes, I need to get with the program, support and customer service are a thing of the past.  : )

Any ideas how I can resolve this issue??  or is my account stuck this way??
