Been trying for over two months now to get my hotmail account activated again……what do i have to do to speed things up

Pulling my hair out.

My hotmail account was made inactive /. Deleted by accident.  Have had this account for many many years.  Just want it active again.

Have raised tickets twice now and still nothing
